03Account Registration & Security

Each individual may register only one (1) account with baj77. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings. When creating your account, you are responsible for:

• Choosing a strong, unique password and keeping it confidential at all times.
• Ensuring your login credentials are not shared with or accessed by any third party.

• All bets and transactions made from your account are your sole responsibility, including unauthorized transactions that occur due to your failure to protect your credentials.

However, you acknowledge that no system is entirely free from risk, and baj77 shall not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

baj77 supports BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) transactions via a range of local payment methods trusted by players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and beyond. The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Bonuses are awarded in BDT and are credited to your bonus balance, separate from your real money balance, unless stated otherwise.

baj77 actively monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited behaviour. Where a violation is detected, baj77 reserves the right to withhold funds pending a full investigation and to share relevant information with the appropriate authorities.

08Intellectual Property

All content on the baj77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of baj77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The baj77 brand name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of baj77.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the baj77 platform without express written permission from baj77. Unauthorised use of any baj77 intellectual property may result in legal action.

09Limitation of Liability

baj77 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baj77 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. baj77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
